Using Snack Credits at Disney’s Epcot – Ice Cream Floats

I forgot to take pictures.

I know.  You just started reading this blog that is supposed to be pictures of everything a family of five ate at Disney World for a week, and already the author has failed.  It might be a good time for you to check out my disclaimer page.

I promise, if you keep reading, it will get better.

It was our first day there, and we were in a hurry to meet friends to use our fast-passes for Soarin’.  I had absent-mindedly said to my daughter, “Sure honey, next time we pass an ice-cream place we’ll get some.”

Did I really think that my steel-trap-minded five year old would forget?

We passed by the ice cream shop that is at the front of Epcot (across from the fountain), and stopped in for treats.

For five snack credits we got:

Two Coke floats made with Vanilla Bean hard-scooped ice cream.

Two Root Beer floats made with the same ice cream.

One very large, very messy, very melty and sticky and drippy cookies-and-cream waffle cone.

We slurped them down and only then did I remember this oh-yeah-I-said-I-was-going-to-photograph-everything-we-ate-at-Disney-World thing.

Trust me. They were great.
